Cabin Highlights

On Board Restaurants

There are two restaurants on the train, one decorated with vegetarian dishes, and the other one experiences the taste of non-vegetarian dishes. Nalapaka originates in the Indian epic Mahabharatha, in which Nala was one of the finest chefs of his time, and Paka means cuisine. Thus, Nalapaka refers to the finest cuisine.

Ruchi, true to its name, means taste. The interiors of the restaurant are similar to the ruins of Hampi and Halebid.

Both the Golden chariot restaurant facilities aspire to fulfill the lip-smacking expectations of travelers by serving appetizing cuisine. The arrangement of both Indian and international cuisine is served to be delectable among the guests in cultured amenities. Traditional Indian dining with a variety of curries, rice, and chutney is the most demanding after-food in the Golden chariot.

The food is prepared by an experienced team of chefs with the slightest spices to suit the palates of international guests. Both table d’hote and a la carte menus are available to frame your taste buds.

Lounge and Bar

One of the fascinating Golden Chariot Facilities include Madira bar. It is an artistically designed bar onboard. Madira, meaning elixir, was a drink of the Gods. Along with Madira, passengers can also enjoy local exhibits. The world-famous Mysore Palace inspired the bar for elegant seating and decoration. The bar serves the choicest of wines, beers, and spirits.

Spa and Fitness Centre

Golden Chariot Facilities include Arogya, literally ‘devoid of ailments,’ a Spa with two Spa Tables and an Exercise Room with modern fitness machines. Arogya provides traditional Indian and contemporary massage therapies that offer definite cures for modern-day fatigue & stress
