On the above departures on the booking of first adult on twin sharing at full cost, the second adult sharing the same cabin will get 50% discount on the adult cost.

o This offer is applicable on the above mentioned departures only for all cabin categories- Deluxe / Junior Suite / Suite / Presidential Suite.

o The payment for the 01st Adult will be as per the normal terms and conditions and for the 02nd adult availing 50% discount, will have to make full non-refundable payment.

o This offer is not applicable on the existing bookings / bookings that are already done.

o This offer is not transferable.

o This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers.

o This offer is on First Come First Served Basis and depends on the availability of cabins/suites on the particular trip.

o Management reserves right to call back the offer at any moment.

o The decision of the Management is final in all disputes.

o Other general Terms & Conditions of Maharajas’ Express shall apply in addition to this.

1. Single child (5 years -12 years) + one adult in a separate cabin: - Two adults fare on twin sharing basis.

2. In such cases, where two adults fare are being charged, the second pax being child sharing the same cabin will get 50% discount on the adult cost paid. For any other permutation and combination the existing child policy will prevail.

In case of Companion Offer, the cancellation charges for the 01st Adult who pays full adult fare shall be charged as per the existing cancellation policy and the companion who pays 50% of the adult fare will be charged whole of the 50% as cancellation charge irrespective of no of days from the date of cancellation and the date of departure.

2. In case of No Show of 02nd adult on twin sharing cabin under the Companion Offer, the applicable difference in amount calculated as per single occupancy cabin basis will be charged from the 01st adult.

i) If either the Maharajas’ Express or Golden Chariot train journey is cancelled by IRCTC, a full refund will be provided for both train packages.

ii) Additionally on departure cancelled by IRCTC, if guests wish to cancel one of the train journeys and switch to another (either Maharajas’ Express or Golden Chariot), they may be allowed to do so.

iii) The above offer is valid for booking in season 2025-26 and 2026-27 only

iv) There will be discount of USD 200 per pax on the published tariff of Golden Chariot and also USD 200 per pax on the published tariff of Maharajas Express, on booking of both {Maharajas’ Express and Golden Chariot} trains in conjunction for same guest only.

v) This offer can be availed for next two seasons i.e 2025-26 and 2026-27.

vi) This is a limited period offer available on a first-come, first-served basis for early bookings of 10 cabins per departure across both Maharajas’ Express and Golden Chariot.

vii) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
